Thanks for your review - we do regret this situation and are disappointed to hear our onboard services officer did not solve the seating issue at the time. Moving forward we are investing £2m on Red Falcon in the New Year which will give 55% more inside seats and two new top deck lounges. If the design proves successful and is liked by customers we hope to make similar investments in Red Osprey and Red Eagle.
