Too expensive. Stop spending on frills and unnecessary luxuries. I just want the journey to be as cheap as possible. I am not going on a cruise, just crossing a short piece of water.

Extremely high pricing, tickets and refreshments on board. Very poor quality food, especially for what you expect customers to pay for it. You should be ashamed. Complete rip off.

Thank you for your feedback, our pricing is demand based which is very common in the travel and holiday industry. The rules ensure the price remains as low as possible on quiet off-peak sailings to encourage demand whilst at busier times; the fare will increase in small increments as space on the ship becomes booked. It is therefore best to book as early as possible to get the lowest lead-in fares.
The information you have given regarding our refreshments on board have been relayed to our food and beverage team to lopk into.

Southampton terminal would benefit from an information board outside where it can be easily seen to give information about delays. Were told 1 hour delay which then became 2 with no info given.
