Very disappointed to find terminal cafe closed at 19:30

A very good service, and affordable with the discount vouchers you send in the post.

I found that the service you gave under extremely bad weather conditions was very good and your staff were very efficient.

Reasonable prices as had discount. had looked at using the ferry over christmas but couldn't afford it.

Efficient and polite service from all of the staff I encountered. Sailings were on time despite poor weather, boarding and disembarking was prompt and well managed. Excellent service, thank you.
