Over-priced in both journey and items on board. Cut services = long waiting times. Additional costs if you arrive early as if original tickets aren't costly enough.

Thank you for your feedback, our pricing is based on demand and we do try to offer value for money by keeping prices as low as possible and usually fares only rise annually in line with RPI. Vehicle fares are nearly always cheaper if booked well in advance and quieter sailings will be cheaper than travelling at peak times.
We have a fluid pricing system which means that if customers amend their sailing times then subject to availability the price of the ticket can change amending the ticket price.

With regards to our pricing our vehicle fares are cheaper if booked well in advance and quieter sailing will be cheaper than if travelling at peak times, also if you register online as a Red Funnel member we will send a range of offers throughout the year to you.

Thank you for your comments, we have listened to customers reviews regarding seating and have recently published information of the Red Falcon refit which will increase seating by 55% in the passenger areas. If the design proves successful and is liked by customers we hope to make similar investments in Red Osprey and Red Eagle.

Wifi service onboard needs improving - very slow to not working at all.
