I'm sorry you were not happy with the service you received from Pockets on this occasion. Your items did arrive on the 5th working day (Monday to Friday) after you placed your order, which is within the 3 - 7 days quoted on our website for standard delivery - we do usually strive to get every order dispatched much quicker than this, but allow the 7 working days period during Flash Sale events due to the high volume of orders we receive.
