Hi Vincent We are talking minor scuffs & blemishes, i just wasn't expecting any on a pair of £400 handmade shoes, but the quality & fit was so good i wanted them for the wedding i had at the weekend & figured id only add to those scuffs & blemishes in due course any way.

Really disappointed to hear your Crockett & Jones shoes were not 100% blemish free - this is not the standard of product we usually send out, and so we will be looking into this matter.
