Your items did arrive on the 5th working day (Monday to Friday) after you placed your order, which is within the 3 - 7 days quoted on our website for standard delivery - we do usually strive to get every order dispatched much quicker than this, but allow the 7 working days period during Flash Sale events due to the high volume of orders we receive.
