No customer service - Impossible to find anyone

Impossible to reach by phone...only a generic number...no one to call back...emails unclear...do you cover colic question went in unanswered.

The whole process of signing up was terrible. The 6 week trial end date was different on the system compared to what was sent to us. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we cannot add a secondary policy...

Bad service

Get more staff on the phones, as it take for ever to get someone. And if you leave your number they don’t return your calls.
