Sales Team was extremely unhelpful and gave BAD information

The effort it repeatedly took to sign up my new second dog was appalling - if I didn't already have a dog with them I would have just gone elsewhere

Good insurance for your puppy

It was very straightforward to get the insurance and also to claim. They did take some time and sent me the form twice, but a quick call to customer support and it was all sorted out.
