Excellent service on vet bills.. quick payment. But not paying out on death leaving customer with large bills after years of pet plan. Death is death weather accident or illnrss

Recommended based on my experience

No problems with claims or support. My puppy has already had two claims, one significant. Processing of the claim was quick and the money in my account within a few days.
