When applying for insurance with Petplan there are a set of guidelines and criteria we must adhere to. Depending on the breed of your pet the application process would not exceed 14 days depending if all required documents are supplied. Higher risk breed animals require an up to date health check and their veterinary history to be sent to us. During the time of your application we did experience some technical difficulties. Our team is aware of this and are providing affected customers their policy documents. Should you not receive anything within the next 24 hours please let us know.
