Bad service, no-one can assist and no person to talk to.

I left messages and emailed for Petplan to contact me to discuss an insurance query. No-one has ever contacted me. I wanted an underwriter or vet to contact me.

They did contact me, and I explained what the query was and then I never heard from Erin. Then I contacted Erin again, and she said she could not assist and the person who could was away. So still nothing.

They did come back and provide additional context, hence service was prompt, but in doing so have demonstrated a highly conservative, and uncommonly risk-averse approach to underwriting.

If you want a policy, ask for Poppy! She's great!

The lady who I have spoken to numerous times to set up my policy, her name was Poppy and she was great. She helped me understand what my policy includes and doesn't include and was very helpful.
