Poor customer service

Never able to call through the customer service line. Leave my name and number but no one call back.

Make the process of making a claim very difficult and average time to get a settlement has to be 90 days

very user friendly company. I have not had to make a claim yet but hope that if i do at any stage they will be just as efficient at processing it.

Excellent service

Always very helpful and competent on the phones. Nice to speak to Australians and not an international call centre. Always quick to answer phones never had to wait at all.
