Claim taking too long to action

You were recommended by my vet and signing up was easy, but I made my first claim about a month ago and am yet to receive any response or part refund of vet fees.

My comment was responded to and resolved on the same day - A for customer service. My claim rejected because the amount claimed is under the $150 excess which I would have to pay. I'm sure information about the $150 excess was somewhere in all the fine print of the PDS and totally my fault for not having read it carefully enough however, $150 on each claim is quite steep considering that the insurance cost me $745.80 for the year, I'm not sure how beneficial it is. We will see how beneficial it is if I ever need to claim for something more extensive, although I hope I never have to. I will probably shop around a little more when it comes time to renew.

What a horrible document that deters claims. All I am saying is get with the 21st century and create an App or online system for claiming.
