It's standard procedure for when an application is denied for certain reasons that a notification is sent to the applicant. Yes I'm sure it's standard procedure when an application is denied a notification is sent but that correspondence did not reach me, hence my complaint and the assumption my pet was covered. Poor communication still because i wrote directly to the company and they have not even paid respects to my complaint. Woeful, pathetic management - swept under the carpet.

It was extremely poor. Two months after I had rung to continue cover I discovered it had not been done and my puppy want covered at all! I had to ring back 2 more times to follow up... no one rang me!

I have only had 2 phones from Pet plan so it's hard to rate it yet. First experience seemed a little pushy and sales related but the second phone call was when I signed up and it was very informative.
