Hi Helen,

From our system we can see that the PDS and policy documents were sent via the mail to yourself. Can you please confirm if you have received these? If not we can send them again to you.

We allow all our customers the optoin to receive their documents either by email or post.

Thanks for the feedback. Petplan currently have the shortest waiting periods, there is currently no waiting for injuries and only 21 days for illnesses.
