Thank you. Hopefully this claim for my dog accidentally swallowing a foreign object can be resolved quickly and correctly and not grouped deliberately under the heading of 'illness' in order to easily refute my claim using the 21 days waiting period.

Customer service person good - at buying contract time

Only just started up policy-- customer service/ enquiry person was good. Haven't had to make any claim etc- that would be good time to request feedback.

I spoke tothe Jade Stanton from claims who basically just said oh that's terrible we will look into it, said they had reviewed my complaint about the valuation and I have never heard anything else about the review of the poor customer service complaint
