Thanks for being one of our repeat guests and for leaving the review.

We're sorry for the problem with the phone number - one of our Pebbles Reps iphone broke and for a few days it caused some issues in having to swap and trade phones until the situation was resolved. We've learnt our lesson and now have a spare. We're sorry you were affected by it.

All light bulbs are present and correct now in Agatha. We’ll look into the bedroom heater to see if we can improve its strength for this coming winter.

We’re sorry you remain dissatisfied four years later for something you think we did 2013. We’re happy to admit mistakes when we have caused one. Like most, we’re not so keen to take undeserved or unwarranted blame for something we haven’t done.

Our office is open for you to arrange a meeting with us at any time that is mutually convenient, and many owners visit the office at least once a year. If you can’t attend in person, then most owners take advantage of email and telephone calls to our designated owners department, or contact us through the private members' owner’s blog.
