Thanks. We try hard with the descriptions and only take on properties that meet our standards. We also cull properties from our portfolio annually where they once met our standards but over the passage of time no longer do so. We know it is important to only offer high quality properties to our guests which is why we also manage exclusively each one on our portfolio.

We're sorry you were affected by the construction of the tramway. We're assured the heavy digging will be finished shortly. 

It's a shame your train was late. We kept calling you because we have various guests to meet each day and your scheduled arrival of 4pm did not get you into the apartment until 6.30pm. Our Pebbles Rep, Eva, had two other delayed guests which means a little bit of juggling to try and ensure she could be there for as many of our guests as possible so you are not waiting. By keeping in touch we were about to be there for your arrival so you didn't have to wait. 

We're sorry you felt that the meet and greet was a little perfunctory, but Eva had to try and schedule her next meet and greet which was now a tight squeeze to get across town for a guest who was on time and we didn't want to keep waiting. The priority was to get you hooked up to wi-fi before she left, and this took a while but we can understand you were disappointed not to get our usual high attention on arrival.

We're glad we could fix the shower promptly and sorry to hear you got a bump on the head.

We hope you'll come back again once the tram works are done, and hopefully your train will not be delayed and we can spend more time with you at our personal meet and greet.

Thanks for your review. I looked into the issues raised. 

Firstly, I see you have stayed with us 3 times already and you have already booked to stay in the Malaussena apartment in March 2018. Thanks for booking with us four times now. 

We see that you came into our office for a pair of scissors and a small frying pan on 28 February which were given to you. We have no record of you asking for anything else. We do carry a fair amount of stock of things in apartments that can break or go missing from time to time, so we're sorry if you felt you couldn't ask for them. 

We have no list of issues delivered to us, we're sorry we can't find this, but do let us know what the issues are and we'll look into them. 

Our notes indicate that you have had a minor complaint or two in each property you have stayed in with us. We're sorry we continue not to satisfy you completely, but are pleased we must be doing something right and you keep coming back. 

We'll carry on trying to and hopefully we'll manage that for your next stay in March 2018. We will see you soon. Thanks for your review. 

Lovely to hear. Le 26 has been a very long standing apartment and guests have  found it very comfortable. We's pleased we could make this a memorable stay - for all the right reasons.
