It makes us very happy to learn that the accommodations and organisation of your travel were as you had anticipated. However, at the same time, we regret that the structure of the itinerary and some of your dining experiences didn't meet your expectations. At Luxury Gold, we are always striving to make the composition of our itineraries perfect for every guest, and it is great feedback such as this which we can use to make any necessary improvements to the trip. We are very disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy your time in India, and concerned that the service, time spent journeying to each location and shopping opportunities fell short of your expectations. Nonetheless, these matters will be discussed with our Operations team to help make any appropriate changes to the itinerary and to ensure a comfortable travelling experience for our guests. That said, we sincerely hope that you have been able to take away some memorable highlights from your journey and we hope to able to restore your belief in our luxury gold vacations in the future.
