You have all the right to expect a very high level of service from us as this is really one of the many strong points of Luxury Gold. We understand that where you stay on your trip is really important. That is why, whether centrally located next to cultural attractions or in scenic areas with spectacular views, we endeavour to make certain that each hotel brings something special to our itineraries. For this reason we truly regret to learn that you were disappointed with some of the accommodation on the Majesty of the Rockies guided vacation. Therefore, we will be looking into these concerns further to ensure that the hotels continue to meet the high standards that we are recognised for. On top of that we are troubled to hear that you felt there weren’t enough photo stops. Exploring so many captivating destinations can be quite an adventure; and we always strive to include the perfect amount of time at each location. Nonetheless, we are grateful for your feedback and will work with our Product Development department to ensure that the pace of the trip continues to provide the best experience for our guests. We value you as a return customer and with that in mind; hopefully we will have the opportunity to restore your full faith in our Luxury Gold guided holidays in the near future.
