At Insight Vacations, we understand that it's those that share in your adventure, who can turn a good holiday into an unforgettable one. So, we are saddened to learn that you felt you were unable to bond with the other guests on the tour. Whilst our optional experiences do depend on participation, we do truly regret that you were unable to take part in the optional experience you would have liked. As a result, your comments have been forwarded to our Guest Relations team to ensure that this is brought to the attention of the Tour Director. Nevertheless, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to journey with us again, and hope that you created some lovely memories during your time in Spain.

Your comments regarding the outstanding service provided by our dedicated Tour Guide, Karen are fantastic to read. As well, the comment regarding the cleanliness of our hotels is equally is pleasing. However, we truly regret to learn that some of the meals served were not to your tastes. We too, felt that the summer heat was relentless, yet hope that the next time you travel with us the temperatures are just right.

We are saddened to hear about your discomfort at the hotels, and will pass your comments onto our Operations team so that they can address your concerns and make the necessary adjustments. However, we hope that you were able to take away some wonderful memories from your time in Ireland and Scotland.

Whilst the hotel rooms are local in style and vary depending on the hotel, we regret to read that they did not meet your expectations. We know that the quality and character of our hotels play a huge role in our guests' comfort. Therefore, we will forward these comments to our Quality Control team, to ensure the continuation of the high standards we are recognised for. Nevertheless, we are delighted to read that our Tour Director's attentiveness helped to make your time in Ireland and Scotland so enjoyable.

That said, our guests’ well-being is extremely important to us. Therefore, we would like to apologise for any discomfort you experienced on the road, and at the hotels. Given that, we will forward your comments to our Coach Operations and Quality Control departments, so that they can be addressed.
