Please allow us this opportunity to express that a full list of the hotels our guests will be staying in can be found in the documentation sent out before travel. Additionally, we regret to read that your delayed flight lead to the missing of your airport shuttle departure. However, similarly details of where to find your transfer on arrival at the airport, and what to do in case of any confusion can be found in the itinerary sent out to our guests after booking. As well as that, a full list our optional experiences can be found online and also in your itinerary. All cost's cover all aspects such as transportation, yet we remain disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy the experiences that you selected. Nevertheless, we remain hopeful that you were able to take some memorable highlights away from your time in Europe.
