While HL provided an excellent service it still required myself to interect with the pension fund holders to ensure a speedy resolution to the transactions.
They just won't leave me alone because I made a small pension arrangement through them and I'm fed up with their pestering

To be fair I received a telephone call about my comments very quickly and my disatisfaction was fully addressed. I do think however that clients should be given a very clear option to decline matketing information of any kind before the transaction is completed to avoid any annoyance to either party.
