I’m sorry you felt on your own. The best way of contacting us is by phone as you can always get through to someone. We are here 8am to 6pm+ during the week and until 12.30 on Saturdays. We’re working hard to simplify paperwork but I accept there can be lots of documentation (from providers) and it does come at different times. Ruth Richards, Head of Retirement
