We're sorry that we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. We work hard to provide great cover at competitive prices, and deliver a service that results in customers continually renew with us. Hopefully next year you will give us another opportunity to quote you for your house insurance, and a chance to win back your business.

Fresh Insurance Services에 대한 Ms Sandra Cameron의 의견:
At the beginning had problems getting communication via email, as I am Deaf and can't use the phone, email is vital for communication. I would have thought this would be on your record.
Renewed my insurance and had a very useful telephone conversation with a helpful and friendly member of staff - a human service not a frustrating automated process!!
