Thanks for your feedback Mr Johnson. Unfortunately your previous insurer was not available this year, so we had to search for the next best based on the level of cover you required. As a broker, rates from our insurer panel change all of the time, so we hope to be able to offer you competitive cover going forward

They have identified a policy that suits my particular requirements and at an acceptable premium. Re weal was simple.
