Was a bit disappointed with Smartwings could not get alcohol to start the holiday well But as for fly direct everything was organised well pick up from the airport and departure all went well

The staff were friendly and helpful, the plane was clean and tidy and the flight went and arrived to schedule.

Thank you for your comments and feedback regarding your recent trip to Tenerife, we apologise for not being able to offer the Saturday flight originally booked, as with the loss of original airline Germania the replacement Smartwings could only offer a Monday slot. I hope that once you arrived to Tenerife you still celebrated your birthday in style once you had settled in. We are working hard to get the 2020 programme in place and hope to secure weekend departure slots next year.
