We are sorry that you had less time to enjoy your week in Tenerife, due to the fact we had to arrange a new charter company this was the only schedule available at that time. We wanted to still be able to continue the FlyDirect programme for our customers and we hope for 2020 we can arrange better slots for our flights to maximise your time away.
Very impressed that we were kept informed constantly of flight and date changes on our trip to Tenerife.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the view from the room allocated on this occasion. Should you book with FlyDirect in the future please place a request with us for a sunny balcony and we will pass this to the hotel in advance. Neither FlyDirect brochure or website make mention of complimentary water, so I'm unable to advise on this I'm afraid.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed your holiday with FlyDirect. We do have a great half-board rate for this hotel with a great saving on your evening meals, but this does have to be booked for the duration of your holiday and prior to your holiday departure, we hope to see you again using the FlyDirect service.
Great response to the planned airline going into liquidation. Flight and hotel were faultless

Thank you for all of your comments, we are glad you enjoyed your holiday and were happy with our customer service team. We worked hard to get a replacement airline in and unfortunately they couldn't keep the original schedule of a weekend of early departure, we hope to rectify this when we plan next years schedule.
Will definitely recommend FlyDirect, flights great hotel great everything wonderful from start to end of our holiday.
