We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our service on this occasion. We did call you to explain that there was a 24 hour delay because our couriers were overwhelmed by the volume of parcels that we had for collection, as it was 3 days before Christmas. Although this is not an excuse, we did try our best to arrange for a second collection of parcels on Monday 21st December. All items within polystyrene boxes were kept refrigerated or frozen over night for collection on Tuesday 22nd December, but we understand that delicate items such as Fraise du Bois may have suffered some damage in transit. We refunded you for the next day delivery service because of the delay. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, if you would like to discuss further reimbursement and speak to a member of our customer care team please call 0207 627 2553, we reopen on Monday 5th January.
