I received a follow-up phone call regarding my concerns which was friendly, polite and professional. We talked through how things may have been missed (including me placing my order on my iPhone and not seeing the original customer comments section at the time of order) and the unfortunate fact that my email with the delivery date request may just have been missed. We chatted about suggestions for website improvement which may make the customer experience easier if you are not after next day delivery. Overall, really professionally handled and I will try Fine Food Specialists again.
