Thank you for giving us such positive feedback. The only fault seems to lie in the weight of the product you received. As the Horseradish Root we receive is always quite large, hitting 500g exactly is quite difficult. However it is our policy to go OVER rather than under - 600g is better than 450g. However, regarding your disappointment with our delivery times, I believe you may have misunderstood them. When it states "Order by 11.00am today for next day delivery", the implication is that you will also need to select and pay for next day delivery. As you selected Standard Delivery, we dispatched your order with Royal Mail, which means it can take up to 3 days to arrive.
