The quails eggs in question were dated best before 15.3.2015. We had contacted you via email to say that even though the eggs were within date we would be happy to refund you for them, but sometimes emails we send can be sent to junk folders automatically. We did then process a full refund to your account. Thank you for bringing to our attention the advert for Christmas goods that you received, we have since contacted our technical team to resolve the technical problem that you experienced.
