Regarding the Beluga, we do in fact offer two types of Beluga caviar, the type that you have purchased originates from China. Our other Beluga is and Iranian Beluga (Huso Huso), this is a very high quality caviar and it is likely that this is the beluga caviar of which you sampled 20 years ago. We were however unaware of the mistake until we read this feedback, as the email address that you contacted is the email address from which we send out customer invoices - these emails state that you should NOT respond to said email address, and instructions of how to contact us (by telephone or by our contact form) are provided. We're sorry that we did not see this email, but please understand that we go to great lengths to try and ensure this does not happen. We have now refunded you, and are again sorry that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. Your dinner parties sound fantastic! Tossing the Edible Viola Flowers in a salad is quite an inspired flourish for a Springtime meal, and a pesto made with Red Basil Micro Herb must have taken both a vibrant flavour and appearance - we wish we'd been there! We are sorry about your Spinach and Ricotta Ravioloni - whenever cooking the fresh pastas, I tend to monitor and stir them for the duration. They are delicately handmade, and as they are so delicious, I don't want to risk losing a single one. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such detailed feedback. Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback! I personally am quite the mustard fan, and I've found that Bone Suckin Mustard is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and hot. Maybe it's the jalapeno in the recipe, perhaps the high quality mustard seeds used - or maybe I just think about my favourite condiments too much. We hope to hear from you again soon!
