I'm extremely sorry to hear that you have not yet received your Kosher salt, in this instance could I please advise you to check with your local royal mail collections office to ascertain whether they have had a failed attempt at delivery. I apologise for the slightly thawed state of your Passion Fruit Puree Boiron - we aim to ensure that all of these arrive still frozen, however sometimes due to unforeseen temperatures these can slightly thaw. We usually do a temperature check daily and pack products with an efficient amount of ice to ensure they stay frozen whatever the weather.
