Thank you for sharing your experience with us - as poor as it seems to have been. The pasta you ordered is a handmade product, which is made to order by one of our suppliers to order, as such it takes us 24 hours to procure any. This 24-hour lead time is stated on our website. As you ordered on a Wednesday night, the order was not processed until Thursday, meaning that the pasta would arrive at the earliest on Friday; naturally, we ordered it fresh to arrive the Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. This is our procedure with all fresh food, which we want to arrive with our customers in the best condition possible. We did however then have a shortage of the steaks you ordered. Our customer service team called the telephone number you provided on four separate occasions, and on some of those occasions left voice mail messages explaining the situation and inquiring how you would like to proceed. We are sorry we were unable to contact you, but used the contact information provided to the best of our ability. Kind regards, Oliver Ferries
