Thank you for the positive comments about our customer service agent Katherine. Miyazaki is an highly marbled beef sourced from Japan - its fat content is 50-60%. We are proud of the quality we supply to our customers and always request pictures of defects so we can act accordingly. I am sorry that the meat did not meet your expectations. All frozen products are shipped with dry ice, there may have been a small crack in the box caused during transit that caused the ice to evaporate faster than expected. Kind regards, Emma Hanley
