I am sorry to hear that your prawns arrived defrosted, as you have described. We pack our frozen goods with dry ice so they should remain frozen during transit. I received a call from FineFoods' customer service department the first week of Jan to apologise for the issue with the prawns that I received un-frozen and told me that they would be sending a new batch again. I received the goods today in perfect condition so it looks like the issue was due to the Christmas delivery service. Thank you very much for rectifying the problem I am very impressed with your customer service and I will continue to buy your products. Many thanks Justo Sanz
