I am sorry that our service was not specific enough on this occasion. I had upgraded you to our London courier service, who usually makes deliveries in the afternoon, but I asked him to deliver to you late morning. I knew you were using the flowers for a photography shoot therefore I wanted to make you aware, before dispatch, that our Borage flowers had not been available during the week.
