The Summer Truffles are a much more delicate flavour than their Winter counterparts and consequently they don't have such a strong flavour. We do recommend online using the truffle accompanied with some truffle oil to enhance the flavour. Best, Steph

We take great care and attention when packing our produce but sometimes damage in transit is unavoidable.
