Thank you for your feedback, I'm ever so sorry to hear about the issues with your issue. We strive to provide excellent products and excellent service and I'm incredibly sorry that this wasn't delivered on this occasion. Apologies for the delayed response, we have been experiencing some problems with our emails, please be assured this has now been resolved and responses will be from here on in will be much speedier. We are currently investigating the damage to the Sicilian lemons with our warehouse team and our suppliers to determine why this is a recurring issue for us and take measures to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
