Speed X is a terrible company with an F rating with the BBB and consumer affairs. They do not even have a phone number, it's all ran solely by chat bots. They steal packages and the ones they do...

Please accept our apologies for the delay in you receiving your parcel. Our Global Distributors use Speed X on a daily bases and very rarely have any issues.
The tracking states that the order is delayed due to severe weather around your country. Please can we ask that you allow a few more days for delivery as we can now see that it is in Ohio, therefore we would hope that you would receive this any day now. If the parcel doesn't arrive in a few days please contact us again and we will look into this further.
Once again please accept our apologies for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause.

We have forwarded your comments onto our distributor. However we have tracked your order and it is showing as being delivered on the 27.01.2026 . The delivery clearly shows the parcel being handed the resident by the front door. There is also a picture of the house number its been delivered to which corresponds to the delivery address we have.
If you have not taken delivery of this order please let us know.
