The delivery service to the USA was expensive and slow. The package was delayed in customs.

EXCELLENT

WHEN I CALLED EXPLAINING THAT I HAD TO RETURN THE SHOES YOUR REPRESENTATIVE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER. HE WAS POLIET AND TALKED ME THROUGHT THE PROCESS AND DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT.
