We are sorry to hear this item has been unsuitable on this occasion, due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of socks, hosiery and foot comfort items if they are still sealed and unused, unless the goods are faulty.
If you would like some further product advise please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.
I was complety misinformed about the actual width very disappointed!!

We are sorry the footwear has proven to be unsuitable. Once we receive the order back we will happily issue a refund, however we have no control over the Duty & Tax charged on the order. The US have recently changed the threshold for duties which now applies to all orders.

The service was excellent. From the US Pacific Time, it is difficult to get a live person on the phone, but we were able to conduct all business online after all.

We can see by our records that you selected the incorrect address on the original order, and that order was delivered to the address you select. We then sent a replacement to the correct address as a goodwill gesture.
Unfortunately we are unable to send another order as we have already shipped two orders. We have gone ahead and processed a refund for the order. This will show in your account within 4 working days.

They are very kind and and polite in our conversation, but did not seem to have any solution to the issue of the missing order.

Service was excellent. Product was well made, but I had to return them as too small even though they were the largest size offered. Perhaps consider making some larger than size 13.
