We offer a no quibble guarantee therefore we do not give rules for trying on our footwear. We can not see on any of our literature that this is stated anywhere. Please can you confirm where you have seen this information.
With regards to your refund, this will be processed later today and will be in your account within 4 working days.

We have looked into this further with our Warehouse Team. Our boxes were updated pre-covid to include the message you are referring to on the flap of the box.
We are sorry that you feel this is not a suitable request, however we think it is a reasonable request to ask customers to put something on their feet whilst trying on shoes. It is something that would happen in any high street store, they would give you disposable socks to put on whilst you were trying on the shoes.

1 - YOU STATED: 'we do not give rules for trying on our footwear', then in your newest response you stated: 'boxes were updated pre-covid to include the message you are referring to' so you do give rules.
2 - yes, stores they PROVIDE thin stockings to try on shoes. I don't stock them in my home.
Either way, I'm returning them because they were not comfortable.

Super service. I have 5 pairs of of Cozyfeet shoes and love every one of them. The service is great, the folks that I have ordered from know their job and take great care of me.
