Thank you for your feedback. We do not state on our website that all prices includes Duties, Taxes and Fees. Once you proceed through the Checkout it gives you the breakdown of your order and gives you a Total For Your Order price then underneath the total it states "All applicable duties, taxes and fees are included in the total amount of your order. We guarantee you will not be required to pay any additional cost on delivery." This refers to no extra charges being added to your total which is mentioned above. The Total For Your Order price is what you will be charged and this shows the added Duties etc. We have no control over the Duties, Tax etc this is controlled by the US Government. With regards to the sizing like any company we can not guarantee the fit of the footwear until you try them as every customer is different and requires different needs. We do not offer exchanges on any orders we only offer refunds, this is stated on our website. We do offer a free returns service, therefore you are more than welcome to return the order for a refund.
