Utterly useless
Told me the wrong thing in sign up process. Was forced to cancel as my dogs would have been uncovered for a month despite already holding insurance. Ridiculous. Makes no sense.

Thank you for sharing your review with us, I am sorry to hear about any dissatisfaction caused. As this is not how we would like for our customers to feel, we appreciate you raising your thoughts with us.
When you take out cover for the first time, there are waiting periods for different conditions and benefits. Waiting periods also apply after a break or lapse in your cover. If your pet shows signs or symptoms during the waiting period for a condition that may or may not need treatment, the following will happen:
- your pet won't be covered for any vet expenses incurred in relation to the condition; and
- the condition may be excluded from your cover in the future as a pre-existing condition.

We would like the opportunity to discuss this further with you and address any concerns that may exist.

My dogs are both currently covered and have already waited waiting periods when first covered. To switch i have to have them uncovered for a month. Guaranteed that's when something will happen.

Too much technology involved. It would be easier if it was said in layman's terms.
Would love to have had a pension discount.
