We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulty with the mounting bracket. This isn’t something we’ve encountered before with the TT Silent units, which we’ve been supplying for over 10 years without similar feedback.
When you contacted us regarding your order, we requested photos of the installation issue so we could better understand the problem and assist with a solution. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply. Images are usually the first step in helping us identify whether there may be an installation adjustment required or if a replacement part is needed.
We’re always keen to resolve any concerns quickly, so please feel free to get back in touch with some photos and we’ll be very happy to assist further.
