Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the fan itself meets your expectations, but we’re sorry the warehouse experience fell short. Our records show the box was received already opened, but the internal inspection confirmed all contents were intact and suitable to be returned to stock. We understand this caused frustration, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can address it internally and improve future customer experiences.

Knowledgeable. Spoke on phone then went and picked up fan, the face plate alternative could not be found anywhere. We waited over a week for one to be sent.
