Poor product, worse customer service!

Poor product and very poor customer service. Charged me to return faulty goods, even though returns policy states free return. Courier service (not their fault) was a joke. They missed the collection...

We are sorry to hear about the poor service & product provided. Products returned undamaged and in the original condition and packaging will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned product do state free return. But will be charged initially for the return.

Regarding the collection we use an outside courier service. Which we will pass on your feedback to help improve the service.

Great experience

Great product.. quick delivery.. I ordered the wrong sized skirting .. when they arrived and I realised they could not have been more helpful in resolving it, my mistake totally.. correct size...

The reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because from ordering to delivery was 5 star , but packaging for reasonably easily marked items needs to improve , one length had a number of marks plastic...

Everything was good except the quality of the product. Came with a couple of defects and bubbles. Luckily I was able to cut it to suit so you didn't have the defects on the piece's I needed.
